Biography

Jonathan Lin is the founder of JWL Beauty Solutions and has close to 20 years of experinces in cosmetic industries. Mr. Lin has previously, served as the Director of R&D, Color Cosmetics for Markwins International in ShenZheng of China, a worldwide leading cosmetic and beauty care manufacturer. He managed new product improvements on the corporate major brands, including Wet N Wild, Beauty Benefits, Black Radiance, and Tropez.

In early years, Mr. Lin served as research and development chemist for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Avon and Kolmar Lab with outstanding new product launch achievements. He received his M.S. of chemistry degree from State University of USA and B.S. degree from Shanghai FuDan University.

Achievement:

3. Successful New Concept Launch Of "Flexible Hold" On Clairol Herbal Essence Lines.
